If DYRS uses the personal information for a new purpose other then what is mentioned in the Privacy Policy, DYRS will ask for consent before using the information and also disclose what it will be used for.

Registrants are providing consent to have any review they’ve written, along with their name, appear on DYRS or any partner-sites.
 
Updating Personal Information
DYRS may ask all registrants to review their personal information with us to update it if needed. DYRS also required registrants to keep their information updated to be able to have optimal use of the features and services.

All registrants are responsible for keeping their username and passwords a secret.
DYRS will use third party payment gateway software that complies with all governmental policies to safe guard your personal and financial information. DYRS is not liable for any damages or breach of security when any third-party payment gateway system is used to collect payment and sensitive information.
 
Account Deactivation and Deletion
DYRS has the authority to be able to deactivate an account that does not meet our standards and requirements. However, DYRS will still have your information safely stored. If a registrant wishes to reactivate their account, they will be able to do so and will be able to login to the same account under the discretion of DYRS.
A registrant can also choose to deactivate their account by putting a request in. The registrant’s information will be safely stored and can be accessed by the registrant if they wish to reactive their account.
 
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
